Rooted in generations of shared traditions,red wine and cola, known as Kalimotxo or Rioja Libre, is a low-proof easygoing staple in Spain and Spanish Basque communities in the United States. We have reimagined it as Cali Mojo:  

A refreshing expression of an old world rebel with a West Coast twist. 

Cali Mojo is a collaboration between the award winning Nello Olivo family winery in the Sierra Foothills and longtime friend and brewmaster Gary Ritz. Together they craft a proprietary house cola from a blend of spices and botanicals and combine it with locally sourced Tempranillo from the Sierra Foothills and Lodi and other natural ingredients.

Lightly fizzy, Cali Mojo is a fresh, modern take inspired by a long-shared tradition with Spanish roots, enjoyed at community gatherings, celebrations, and poolside moments across the United States.
